Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily export-import operations.

  • Coordinate with shippers/consignees regarding documents and cargo for import/export.

  • Coordinate with forwarders/forwarder agents for pick-up and related activities.

  • Handle documents for customs clearance.

  • Coordinate internally regarding PIB payments.

  • Maintain proper documentation filing for export-import activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/Export-Import Management or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import or related work.

  • Having passed the PPJK certification, possess a customs certification.

  • Strong communication skills
