Marketing Officer

Job Description :

1. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies.

2. Prepare and deliver reports on marketing results and activities during the execution phase.

3. Ensure that all marketing strategies, from preparation and implementation to post-activity follow-up, are carried out in accordance with established procedures.

4. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly followed by the team.

5. Identify opportunities for improvement in marketing processes.

6. Conduct periodic reviews or evaluations of progress to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination for exhibition requirements or other marketing activities.

8. Report marketing operational results to the Sales Manager and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Eager to learn with good communication skills.

Able to work both in a team and independently.

Placement in Karawang area.
