About the role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial & Employee Relation Specialist to join our growing team at PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). In this full-time role based in Jakarta, you will play a key role in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our valued employees.
What you'll be doing
Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues in a fair and impartial manner
Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives
Provide training and guidance to managers on best practices in employee relations
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities
Stay up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and industry best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or employee relations role, preferably within the service industry
Thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and pragmatic solutions
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
