Char Cosmetic is a beauty company based in Australia, working with a remote creative team across Asia. We focus on modern, trend-driven short-form content for TikTok & Instagram Reels.

We are currently looking for a full-time Indonesian Content Creator to join our remote team.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time remote Content Creator (Indonesia-based) to create engaging, trend-focused TikTok & Instagram content for our beauty brand.

You will work remotely with our Australia-based team and play a key role in our daily content production.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok & Instagram Reels

• Follow TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and beauty content styles

• Produce 5–8 videos per week (minimum)

• Collaborate remotely with our Australia-based team

• Maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency

Requirements

• Need to be a Girl, based in Indonesia

• Experience creating TikTok / Instagram Reels

• Strong understanding of short-form video trends

• Able to work remotely with international teams

• Comfortable communicating in English (basic–intermediate is OK)

• Editing tools:

  • CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut

  • Canva

  • Bonus: AI tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney)

Nice to Have

• Beauty / cosmetic / fashion content experience

• UGC-style content creation

• Experience working with brands

• Understanding of TikTok performance & hooks
