We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with a strong interest and hands-on ability in video content creation. This role will primarily support the production, editing, and distribution of video content across digital and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate has experience using CapCut and understands the full video workflow—from concept and scripting through filming, editing, file management, and posting. You will work closely under the Sales & Marketing Manager, supporting marketing campaigns and brand storytelling through engaging visual content.
This role is well-suited for someone who is technically capable, eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working both behind the camera and in post-production. Local travel will be required for content shoots.
Create, edit, and publish video content for social media and marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on short-form video, while understanding medium- and long-form formats
Edit videos primarily using CapCut, applying basic film and editing techniques (pacing, framing, transitions, sound, color, etc.)
Assist with content planning, scripting, and storyboarding to support campaign ideas
Operate camera equipment, including basic setup for lighting and audio
Capture video footage on location; travel locally as needed for shoots
Generate engaging thumbnails and supporting visual assets
Work with stock video footage and integrate it into original content
Manage video files, storage systems, naming conventions, and version control
Format and export content correctly for different platforms (e.g. Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube)
Upload, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
Support general marketing activities as required by the Sales & Marketing Manager
Experience using CapCut for video editing
Understanding of basic film and video production techniques (camera angles, framing, lighting, audio)
Familiarity with the video editing process, from raw footage to final export
Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
Basic experience with scripting and/or storyboarding
Understanding of differences between short-form, medium-form, and long-form content
Comfortable operating cameras and basic lighting/audio equipment
Experience posting or scheduling content on social media platforms
Strong organizational skills, especially for file storage and content management
Experience with additional design or creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
Demonstrated attention to detail in editing, formatting, and content presentation
Ability and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows
Experience working in a fast-paced or content-driven environment
Creative mindset with the ability to follow brand guidelines and direction
This role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager
