Tax Manager

Pollux Holding is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with a strong background in the property industry to manage and oversee all corporate tax matters. This role is responsible for ensuring tax compliance, efficiency, and risk management across the group’s property development and operational entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all corporate tax matters for property development and holding companies

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPN Properti, final tax, etc.)

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns accurately and on time

• Handle tax planning, tax efficiency, and tax risk management

• Coordinate and manage tax audits, objections, and disputes with tax authorities

• Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor updates in tax regulations and assess their impact on property and real estate businesses

• Support management with tax-related analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in taxation, with proven experience as a Tax Manager

• Mandatory experience in the property / real estate industry

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, especially related to property development and holding structures

• Experience handling tax audits and tax planning

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
