Project Executive - Hotel (Architecture Background)

PT Pollux is seeking a Project Executive – Hotel with a strong architectural background to support the development of international-standard hotel projects. This role will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and international hotel operators to ensure project delivery aligns with approved designs, timelines, and brand standards.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate hotel development projects from design development through construction and handover

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and international hotel operators

• Review and coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP drawings

• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and FF&E guidelines

• Monitor site progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs and specifications

• Support project meetings, reporting, and documentation

• Assist in resolving design, technical, and site coordination issues

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• 4–8 years of experience in hotel and/or high-rise building projects

• Hotel project experience is mandatory

• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and coordination

• Experience working with international hotel operators or brands is a strong advantage

• Familiar with hotel brand standards and FF&E guidelines

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
