Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
1–2 years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing.
Have a strong network of KOLs, micro-influencers, and Gen Z & Millennial communities.
Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, especially Shopee Affiliate.
Proficient in English (intermediate level).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Strong analytical skills to manage budgets and prepare campaign ROI reports.
Creative, proactive, and able to work with campaign targets and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of home & living, sports, or office machine markets is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute KOL & affiliate strategies aligned with monthly, seasonal, and major campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
Recruit, manage, and follow up affiliates end-to-end based on target market and brand values.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, deliverables, and sample distribution with KOLs/affiliates.
Manage campaign timelines, content briefs, and ensure content quality meets brand guidelines.
Monitor, analyze, and report KOL & affiliate performance (engagement, CTR, conversion, sales).
Build and maintain a KOL/affiliate database and long-term partnerships.
Propose creative ideas to improve affiliate program performance and KOL exposure.
