Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital presence and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and thrives in collaborative environments. Candidates should either have 3 years of experience managing Tiktok and Shopee Ads or have relevant education and a strong willingness to learn digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok and Shopee.

• Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance, utilizing analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize ROI.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategy.

• Regularly report campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and insights to management.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments.

Requirements:

• Either:

  • 3 years of experience in TikTok and Shopee Ads management, or

  • No experience, but possess education in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Analytics, or related fields, and a strong willingness to learn Digital Marketing.

• Strong numerical skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency or willingness to learn digital marketing analytics tools (TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
