Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production/assembly/manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong understanding of production processes, assembly line systems, and quality control standards.
Familiar with K3, 5S, and basic Lean Manufacturing principles.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
Supervise and coordinate assembly line processes for electric motorcycle production.
Ensure compliance with SOP, safety standards (K3), and quality control procedures throughout the production process.
Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
