Production Staff

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production/assembly/manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong understanding of production processes, assembly line systems, and quality control standards.

• Familiar with K3, 5S, and basic Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, quantity, and timeline targets.

• Supervise and coordinate assembly line processes for electric motorcycle production.

• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety standards (K3), and quality control procedures throughout the production process.

• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
