Key Responsibilities:
Create property based on concept/themes
Design Concept Development: Create mood boards, color schemes, and event layout.
Client Consultation: Understand client vision, needs, budget, and project requirements.
Space Planning: Plan layouts for optimal functionality and flow.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, tenant, and event teams to meet objectives.
Sourcing & Management: Find suppliers for props, materials, and manage inventory for displays.
Qualifiactions:
Bs. Degree any majors
Strong visual awareness, color sense, and spatial ability.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software (like Adobe, SketchUp) and CAD.
Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work with different teams and present ideas.
Manual Dexterity: For hands-on display setup.
