Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Bali, Ubud (On-site) Start: Immediate (Full-time opportunity)

Role Summary 

We are looking for a highly organized professional who excels at both creative storytelling and operational execution. You will act as the centralized marketing engine for our entire organization, supporting the Product Owner in growing our core offerings: Impact Trips, an upcoming membership program, and broader Nomads Giving Back (NGB) initiatives.

Note: While Social Media is your primary platform and you will be the "face" of our content, this is an omnichannel role. You are responsible for the entire marketing machine, including newsletters, ad campaigns, and community platforms. We need a systems-thinker who can map out professional project plans and manage a team to execute them.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Leadership (Primary)

  • Brand Face: Act as the primary on-camera creator for social media (Reels/TikTok), scripting and filming engaging, community-focused content.

  • Content Oversight: Lead the creative direction for all platforms and remain "hands-on" with design and video editing to ensure brand excellence.

2. Omnichannel Marketing & Ads

  • Multi-Channel Execution: Beyond social media, you will lead and implement end-to-end campaigns across Newsletters, Community Platforms (WhatsApp/Mighty Networks), and Web Listings.

  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ad campaigns, tracking KPIs to ensure high-converting marketing funnels for our products.

  • B2C System Building: Design and implement sustainable, scalable systems for all B2C marketing initiatives to ensure long-term efficiency.

3. Project Planning & Team Management

  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and manage detailed marketing project plans for all product launches in Notion, ensuring clear milestones and timelines.

  • Team Leadership: Directly oversee and mentor a team of two, managing their daily tasks, professional output, and resource allocation.

  • Product Support: Act as the primary marketing partner for the Product Owner, translating product visions into actionable, professional marketing project plans.

  • The Project Planner: You love tools like Notion. You think in timelines and systems, ensuring projects never "drift."

  • The Leader-Doer: You are comfortable managing a team but are also excited to get into the weeds of content creation and campaign setup.

  • The Omnichannel Strategist: You understand that social media is just one part of a larger ecosystem that includes ads, email, and community.


Requirements

  • Fluent & professional English proficiency is mandatory.

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing and sales.

  • Project Management: Proven experience managing project plans and timelines in a marketing or agency environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta & Google Ads. Skillful use of Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus.

  • Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a small team.

  • Bali-Based: Must be able to work on-site in Ubud and attend local events for content capture.
