Senior Interior Design

Job Descriptions:

• Do space planning

• VERY Creative and passionate in interior design, creating space, material and colours

• Strong concept development and design detailing ability

• Able to draw quick sketch & perspective

• Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs

• Develop design ideas and create detailed plans as Architect & Interior Designer

• Create & estimates design schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers before and during project execution

• Oversee projects from start to finish to make sure they follow the plan

• Use software (3D Max, Sketchup, etc) to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects

• Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Interior Design/Architecture, with at least 4 years of experience, especially in corporate & hospitality design

• For role as Senior Interior Designer must capable to manage and lead the design team

• Ability to understand client needs and interpret them into design

• Conceptual and technical skills required, with attention to detail / detail oriented

• Self-motivated and result-oriented with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Possess strong Technical skills & good interpersonal skills, communicate well

• Possess knowledge of government regulations of building and interior.

• Experienced in field-working requirements (Quality Control).

• Experienced in team work environment particularly for complex project including coordination with Owner, other Consultants, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Construction Manager

• The candidates shall be self motivated, hard working, highly dedicated, initiative, creative, able to work within constraint, adapt to change, and high commitment to company standard on working ethic and result oriented

• Well-behaved, honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Ability to work within a team as well as independently

• Fluent in English

• Having an SKA license from HDII is an advantage

• Proficient in computer skills and software design programs
