English - speak & written proficiently. Computer skills Microsoft Office. IT and Business APPs operating knowledge of Accounting skills an advantage. Current Driver License an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
Front Desk Services including Greeting Guests, Guest CheckIn-Check Out. Preparing, organizing & filing. Dealing with queries on the phone & by email. . Assist & Support Hotel Manager. Prepare & Maintain Audit reports. Updating & Maintain company records. Maintaining company systems & software Liaising with staff in other departments
