Live Host + Content Creator + Social Media Administrator + Sales Administrator (Fusion Role)

Brand Hermits builds brands to win. We move fast, we execute daily, and we compete like crazy. We are hiring one high-output person who can be the face on live, create content, manage social media, handle sales administration, and research competitors.

What You Will Do

Live Host

• Host live selling sessions with strong energy and conversion focus

• Learn scripts, promotions, bundles, and handle objections on the spot

• Drive closing, urgency, and audience engagement

Content Creator

• Create short-form videos daily (product demo, storytelling, trends, behind the scenes)

• Film and do basic editing (cut, captions, hooks, call to action)

• Build a repeatable content pipeline: idea → script → shoot → edit → post → learn

Social Media Administrator

• Post daily and maintain consistency across channels

• Reply to comments and direct messages fast and professionally

• Track frequently asked questions and improve scripts and content based on data

Sales Administrator

• Follow up leads and customers (direct messages and WhatsApp) using templates

• Coordinate orders, payment proof, packing updates, and delivery follow ups

• Maintain daily reporting: leads, conversions, cancellations, and customer objections

Competition Research

• Research competitors weekly: pricing, offers, content angles, live strategies, promotions

• Summarize what is working and propose how Brand Hermits can beat them

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

• Must be able to speak English confidently

• Comfortable on camera and not shy to sell

• Fierce, high energy, and loves challenges and targets

• Disciplined daily execution and fast response time

• Can do competitor research and summarize insights clearly

• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic content editing tools

Bonus Points

• Experience as a live host (live selling)

• Proven content consistency (you post regularly and understand hooks)

• Strong persuasion and sales instincts

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: 7,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah per month

• Bonuses if targets are achieved
