Accounting Manufacture

Key Responsibilities:

·       Accounting and financial reporting: review AP, AR and create profit & loss, balance sheet and general ledger for review it by FC and FAM before send it to tax consultant

·       Generate additional financial report as required by management

·       Prepare cash flow forecast for supporting financial planning

·       Reconciliation and analysis, reconcile bank, cash and all of accounts and monitoring discrepancy in bank accounts.

·       Inventory and cash flow management, coordinate with team’s inventory process to ensure alignment with financial goal

·       Monitoring and control sales report, account receivable and accounts payable

·       Compliance and policy , ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and management requirement

·       Help the teams under finance and accounting department to grow, manage and make it grow with develop opportunity and mentoring where appropriate.

Requirements:

       Bachelor Degree (S1) Economy Accountancy.

·       Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention details

·       Solid knowledge of local tax regulation, accounting standards and compliance matter.

·       Have experience work at manufacture company more than 3 years is MUST

·       Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesia with ability to present financial information and report.

·       A proactive, hands -o approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively withs teams.

·       Leadership potential and ability to mentor and guide junior teams.

·       Able work used accounting software XERO, ERP, ODOO manufacture system.
