Key MissionsBuild, manage, and grow a high-quality client database, combining the restaurant’s existing contacts and her own personal database.
Actively leverage these databases to bring guests, increase reservations, and fill tables, especially during low-traffic periods.
Ensure database quality by maintaining accurate, relevant, and engaged client profiles (regulars, VIPs, partners).
Create personalized guest relationships through invitations, follow-ups, and targeted communication.
Collaborate with management and marketing to activate the database for events, promotions, and special evenings.
Proven experience in guest relations or head hostess roles with an existing personal client database.
Strong ability to attract and retain high-value guests.
Clear understanding of database quality, client segmentation, and relationship management.
