• Ensure database quality by maintaining accurate, relevant, and engaged client profiles (regulars, VIPs, partners).

• Create personalized guest relationships through invitations, follow-ups, and targeted communication.

• Collaborate with management and marketing to activate the database for events, promotions, and special evenings.

• Proven experience in guest relations or head hostess roles with an existing personal client database.

• Strong ability to attract and retain high-value guests.

• Clear understanding of database quality, client segmentation, and relationship management.

• Commercial mindset with a strong sense of hospitality.
