Mission
Promote and sell the full range of Atlas Copco Tools throughout Indonesia via authorized distributors and, when required, directly to end users.
Achieve annual revenue and unit sales targets defined by the Business Line Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Drive business growth with existing and new customers, distributors, and service partners across mining sites, refineries, power plants, and remote industrial areas in Indonesia.
Secure project‑based sales by promoting bolting solutions, automation, error‑proofing systems, advanced tightening technologies, and data collection software to EPCs, contractors, and asset owners.
Identify potential customers and lead technical selling activities such as:
On‑site demonstrations
Application studies
Tightening strategy workshops
Expand market share by identifying new mining projects, plant expansions, and maintenance or remanufacturing opportunities.
Build, strengthen, and manage distributor and service partner networks to ensure fast response and uptime in remote areas.
Manage tenders, sales pipelines, and key accounts with disciplined follow‑up to secure orders.
Use CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and project pipelines.
Ensure long‑term customer retention through post‑sales visits, service coordination, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to deliver safe, reliable, high‑value solutions.
3–5 years’ sales experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, or heavy industry in Indonesia.
Strong network with industrial customers and EPCs.
Background in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.
Knowledge of industrial tools, automation, bolting, or process control systems.
Proven success in key account management and achieving sales targets.
Experience in solution selling and on‑site technical demonstrations.
Ability to calculate ROI, payback, and total cost of ownership.
Strong distributor management skills, especially in remote areas.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
