Job Summary:
Mayfair Place, a collection of four luxury homes in Bali, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Housekeeper/Butler to join our team. This role requires an individual who excels in providing impeccable cleaning services, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeper/Butler, you will ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards, fostering an atmosphere of comfort and luxury for our tenants and guests.

MUST attend interview and trial in person, ideally already living in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Impeccable Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all areas in the luxury homes, ensuring every space is spotless and well-organized.

• Attention to Detail: Anticipate guests' needs and ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in every corner of the property.

• Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and guests, providing personalized service and addressing any needs or concerns promptly.

• Laundry & Wardrobe Management: Organize and manage laundry duties for guests, ensuring all garments are cleaned, ironed, and properly stored.

• Defect Reporting: Monitor the condition of the property, identify any maintenance issues, and report defects to the property management team for prompt resolution.

• Butler Services: Assist guests with a variety of tasks such as unpacking, organizing personal items, and ensuring a seamless stay.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 4/5-star hotel environment or at least 3 years of luxury villa housekeeping experience.

• A high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with guests and tenants.

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and capability to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Knowledge of luxury service standards and protocols.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a luxury villa setting.

• Knowledge of the local culture, customs, and hospitality expectations in Bali.
