Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Property, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of working experience in casual leasing, event space management, and group sales (corporate and educational institutions/schools), OTA, with experience in the retail or shopping mall industry.
Strong understanding of group activities, OTA, casual leasing, event spaces, lease negotiations, and contract management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong compliance to regulations related to group activities, event spaces, OTA, and casual leasing.
Strong market analysis and business opportunity assessment skills.
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
