Finance, Accounts and Tax Officer

We are one of the foreign investment company of Machinery Trading located in South Tangerang Area.

We currently are looking to fill a position of Accounts, Finance and Tax Officer to strengthen our existing team in the growing organization.

A successful candidates for this role will demonstrate excellent skills and experiences in the field of Accounting and Finance environment.

Job Roles and Responsibilities Include:

·       Report to Country Finance Manager in supporting Financial matters within the Company

·       Preparation of periodic Tax Reporting and Tax Invoice Generation from Tax System

·       Administer some Administration and Legal function within the Company

·       Checking monthly expenses claims to ensure compliance with procedures

·       Preparations of data compilation and analysis for statutory audit purposes

·       Assist in Taxation Audit by Regulatory

·       Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements for the Position:

·       At least Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance earned from reputable University

·       At least have 3 years relevant working experience in the same field

·       Experience with Accounting ERP system such as Oracle or SAP

·       Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Excel, Words, Power Point

·       Good team work as well as able to work independently

·       Able to handle deadline and willing to work overtime to achieve the target
