Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Academy/Marine Engineering/ATT II /ATT I or any related major.
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar supervisory role within the maritime industry
Proven experience in marine engineering, vessel maintenance, and ship operations.
Hands-on experience overseeing maintenance and repair projects, dry-docking, and vessel inspections.
Preferably possess knowledge of international maritime conventions and regulations, ship management systems, ISM Code, ISPS Code, IMCA & basic safety.
Willing and able to travel frequently.
Strong Leadership.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Willing to be place in Nort Jakarta

Job Description :
Lead technical monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis related to vessel machinery and systems.
Plan, manage, and control dry-docking activities, major repairs, and maintenance projects, including budgeting and execution.
Coordinate closely with Crewing, Purchasing, Safety, and other related departments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations.
Ensure vessels comply with applicable international regulations, class requirements, and company standards
