ADMIN WARRANTY CLAIM
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
Mengelola proses warranty claim alat berat sesuai kebijakan principal/OEM.
Melalukan proses verifikasi kelayakan claim (unit, jam kerja, part, dan coverage warranty).
Menyusun dan mengirim dokumen claim warranty ke principal secara tepat waktu.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim service, mekanik, parts, dan finance.
Menindaklanjuti status claim (approved, rejected, pending).
Menyusun laporan warranty (claim summary, aging claim, approval rate).
Mendukung proses audit warranty dari principal/OEM.
Melakukan analisa dasar kegagalan (failure analysis) bila diperlukan.
Kualifikasi:
Min. lulusan D3 / sederajat.
Mampu bekerja dengan sistem microsoft office, SAP, CRM.
Mampu mendokumentasikan semua data dokumen dengan rapi.
Teamwork, komunikatif dan loyal terhadap waktu
Pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama min. 2 tahun
