About the role
Springtime Global Distribution (Jakarta) is seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Sales professional to join our team in North Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to our sales department, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling all incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, or in-person, and providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining and updating the customer database with accurate records and information
Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Providing support in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall improvement of sales processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in the distribution or logistics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
