Finance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
About the role
We are seeking a Finance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at PT STEEL SEARCHER INDONESIA. This is a full-time position based in Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. As a Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial reporting and accounting operations.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes
Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the steel industry
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Indonesian languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
