Position Summary
Terra Drone Agri is looking for an Admin Finance who will support financial operations by handling invoicing, payment tracking, and financial administration. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial records while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Prepare sales invoices for goods and services.
Record unbilled revenue and incoming client payments.
Monitor and update invoice and payment status.
Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and AR aging reports.
Prepare payment vouchers for vendors, suppliers, rewards, and travel.
Update project BAP data and monthly finance reports.
Monitor and update office stationery (ATK) stock.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Basic knowledge of finance administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible.
