SALES ADMINISTRATION & COMMERCIAL STAFF

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Economy or Engineering

• Max. 2 years of experience in Sales Administration and International Trading.

• Good knowledge of shipping (incoterms) regulation and process, basic finance and tax regulation, commercial term & condition, and tender process.

• Willing to work hard independently and in the teamwork.

• Able to work under strict deadline.

• Good knowledge of computer application.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

Main Roles:

• Support Sales Engineer in handling the paperwork of customer’s inquiry, quotation, and order.

• Monitor and arrange the expedition and delivery of goods from Principal to Customer.

• Making budgetary proposal.

• Assist Sales Engineer in registration and prequalification process.

• Maintain reporting.

• Attend to all related other issue.
