Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Economy or Engineering
Max. 2 years of experience in Sales Administration and International Trading.
Good knowledge of shipping (incoterms) regulation and process, basic finance and tax regulation, commercial term & condition, and tender process.
Willing to work hard independently and in the teamwork.
Able to work under strict deadline.
Good knowledge of computer application.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Main Roles:
Support Sales Engineer in handling the paperwork of customer’s inquiry, quotation, and order.
Monitor and arrange the expedition and delivery of goods from Principal to Customer.
Making budgetary proposal.
Assist Sales Engineer in registration and prequalification process.
Maintain reporting.
Attend to all related other issue.
