Qualifications:
1. Minimum education D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT Support field.
3. Understands troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks (LAN/Wi-Fi).
4. Proficient in installing Windows operating systems and office applications.
5. Possesses good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
6.Database administrator

Job Description:
1. Maintenance and support for network, server, CCTV, access door, printer, and backup systems.
2. Maintenance and support for IT security tools such as Antivirus (AV), Firewall (FE), and EDR.
3. Maintenance and support for ERP systems;    good system knowledge is an advantage.
4. Support IT expense and asset management.
5. Manage relationships with vendors.
