We're currently opening several positions as part of the production management process in our manufacturing operations, including Logistics/Warehouse, QA/QC, PPIC, and Production. As our market continues to expand and our production processes keep improving, we invite professionals as well as those eager to learn to join our team!

WHAT WILL YOU DO & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Logistic/Warehouse: Handle administration, reporting, inventory analysis, stock opname, dead stock reporting, and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping.

  • Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK), have relevant experience in the same field, has good communication skills, understands logistics processes in a manufacturing company, and willing to be placed in Medan, Sidoarjo, Surabaya, or Jababeka.

• QA/QC: Monitor, analyze, research, and test product development; ensure goods meet company quality standards; and conduct stock opname and measuring instrument calibration.

  • Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK) in any major, preferably experienced in manufacturing quality control, understands product quality standards, familiar with QC 7 Tools and ISO 9001:2015, and willing to be placed in Sidoarjo or Medan.

• PPIC: Develop and manage production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with other departments to ensure material availability and smooth operations to meet production targets.

  • Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (engineering preferred, GPA > 3.00), preferably experienced, with strong analytical and production planning skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, proficient in computer use, and willing to be placed in Sidoarjo or Medan.

• Production: Oversee daily production activities and cross-department coordination, ensure machines are properly set up and maintained, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK), preferably experienced in a similar role, skilled in machine setup and troubleshooting, proficient in computer use, understands product quality, and willing to be placed in Sidoarjo or Medan.
