About the Role
We are seeking an Administrator & Office Coordinator to join our expanding team at PT Taichyun Industries Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative functions supporting our activities in Indonesian market.


What you'll be doing

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Maintain employee records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Answer phone calls and emails; prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure processes run efficiently.

  • Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to office staff to maintain an efficient working environment.

  • Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, utilities, inventory, and documents.

  • Assist employees with business travel arrangements


What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or general affairs experience, preferably in a business-related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Good command of the English language (TOEFL requirement: minimum score of 500 for PBT or 70 for iBT).

  • Candidate must be well-organized, able to manage time effectively, and willing to learn.

  • Good communication skills with a positive work attitude.

  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and operational systems.

  • Nationality: Indonesian.
