PPIC Staff

Create and monitor production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) based on orders, forecasts, and capacity.

Prepare and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).

Ensure production planning follows Just In Time (JIT) principles and achieves On Time Delivery (OTD).

Monitor stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods (FIFO/FEFO).

Control safety stock and reorder points to avoid overstock or stock-out.

Work with the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory data.

Coordinate with Purchasing for timely material supply.

Communicate with customers to align forecasts and delivery schedules.

Manage customer order changes quickly and accurately.

Prepare regular reports on production, materials, and inventory.

Analyze and resolve gaps between production plans and actual results.

Recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Input and manage production and material data in the system.

Maintain accurate documentation in line with IATF 16949 standards.
