Maintenance Technician

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Execute corrective maintenance and repairs to resolve equipment breakdowns.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance activity reports.

Document all maintenance activities and repairs in checklists.

Diagnose root causes of machine and facility failures and implement corrective actions.

Provide technical solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.

Support the installation and commissioning of new machines, equipment, and facilities.

Implement modifications and improvements to increase machine reliability and efficiency.

Ensure all technical activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.

Maintain work quality to prevent disruption of product quality.

Immediately report any abnormalities to Plant Manager.

Work with production operators to ensure machines are always ready for operation.

Coordinate with team on improvement project implementation.
