Social Media & Content Creator

We’re looking for an in-house Social Media & Content Creator who understands the wellness industry, has a strong visual eye, and can communicate thoughtfully in English.

This role is for someone who:

* Has worked in wellness / yoga / Pilates / fitness / lifestyle brands
* Understands how to create content that feels grounded, premium, and intentional
* Is comfortable managing both organic content and paid ads
* Can write clear, soulful, and professional English copy that resonates with our vision
* Is detail-oriented and open to feedback
* Enjoys working closely with founders and shaping a brand from the inside


Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage content for Instagram & Tik-Tok (Posts, Reels, Stories)
* Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars
* Capture content during classes, floating sessions, events, and behind-the-scenes
* Edit short-form video content (Reels)
* Write captions in English (primary) and Bahasa Indonesia (secondary)
* Manage Meta ads (Instagram & Facebook):

Set up, monitor, and optimize ads

Boost key campaigns, launches, and offers

Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
* Ensure content aligns with Soulace’s brand voice, values, and visual identity
* Work closely with founders to understand vision and translate it into content
* Support launches (studio, programs, memberships, retreats)
