Project Manager

What you'll be doing

• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for Fire Protection System within Mechanical & Electrical scopes.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, including FPS/ME engineers and subcontractors, to ensure smooth execution.

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of FPS systems (sprinkler, hydrant, fire pump, clean agent, fire alarm & detection).

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure all FPS and ME works comply with SNI, NFPA, and company standards.

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of FPS/ME materials and equipment.

• Manage FPS works in data center projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years experience managing FPS or ME projects.

• Experience in data center fire protection is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of FPS systems: sprinkler, hydrant, fire pumps, clean agent, and fire alarm.

• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, and coordination.

• Good problem-solving abilities and stakeholder communication skills.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and project management tools.

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
