Responsibilities:
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage and supervise outlet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Control operational costs, inventory, and stock levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Coordinate with head office or management regarding operational needs and issues.
Ensure the outlet maintains cleanliness, quality, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Hospitality (preferred).
Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good understanding of sales, customer service, and operational management.
