Your Role: Performance Marketing Manager
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand acquisition, managing and optimising paid advertising channels, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and conducting performance analysis and reporting. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, data analytics, and the evolving consumer journey in property buying.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, including managing and optimising marketing channels.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, including involvement in pre-pitching activities.
- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and forecast the impact of campaigns on revenue performance.
- Analyse campaign results and report key metrics to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Manage and optimise marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, to ensure that campaigns deliver the desired results.
- Collaboration with external clients, vendors and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Finance, to plan, execute, and deliver marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of work experience in performance marketing, including a minimum of 2+ years as a Performance Marketing Manager.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter/X Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and other analytics tools to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance.
- A deep understanding of ROI, with the ability to forecast and measure the impact of marketing campaigns on revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify customer behaviour trends, and optimise marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and drive teams to achieve performance and strategic business goals.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritise timelines and budgets, and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced tech startup environment.
