Management Trainee (Manufacturing)

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will participate in a comprehensive development program designed to cultivate leadership capabilities within our corporate environment. The position will be placed in Medan, North Sumatera, Candidates are expected to be willing to be placed in the stated location or resides in the proximity of Medan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire thorough understanding of corporate systems and frameworks, both general and specialized

2. Gain comprehensive knowledge of interdepartmental business processes to understand factory operations

3. Develop expertise in department-specific functions within assigned placement

4. Conduct analytical assessment of corporate systems, departmental procedures, and operational workflows

5. Propose evidence-based improvements to management, encompassing both operational and strategic initiatives

6. Collaborate with senior staff in mentorship capacity to develop skills requisite for future leadership roles

7. Successfully manage and execute projects assigned by supervisors

8. Provide detailed reports to management on assigned initiatives

9. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance performance capabilities

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or S1 (Master's degree or S2 will be an advantage) with minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0 from accredited institutions (State University or Private University with minimum B Accreditation)

2. Academic Background: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Instrumental Engineering

3. Experience: 2 years in Production, Quality Assurance, or Technical departments within non-organic Manufacturing preferred (fresh graduates will be considered)

4. Demonstrated record of achievement beyond academic performance, supported by appropriate documentation

5. Strong commitment to theoretical and practical learning relevant to manufacturing operations

6. Results-driven mindset evidenced by high professional motivation

7. Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines

8. Adaptability to evolving organizational requirements

9. Advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)

10. Willingness to be based in Medan
