Admin Finance

JOB Description:

• Payment & Cash Management - Process supplier payments, salaries, BPJS, and operational expenses - Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow

• Bank Account Management - Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations - Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies - Manage online banking for payments and transfers

• Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements - Reconcile sales data from e-commerce platforms

• E-commerce Operations - Track platform fees, commissions, and settlement

• Stock Opname products.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance

• 1 years of finance/accounting experience

• E-commerce business experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

• Mandarin is a plus
