Our company PT Pantja Artha Niaga Group, operating as an importer and distributor, is currently looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as Admin Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure office facilities and operational needs are well maintained and complete.
Handle correspondence and coordination with vendors and third parties.
Manage inter-departmental memos, especially related to payment and financial administration.
Oversee administrative processes for purchasing and sales activities in the importer business.
Provide administrative support across multiple departments as required by operational needs and placement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple departments.
High initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to be assigned to any location as required by the company (Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali)
