Our company PT Pantja Artha Niaga Group, operating as an importer and distributor, is currently looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as Admin Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure office facilities and operational needs are well maintained and complete.

  • Handle correspondence and coordination with vendors and third parties.

  • Manage inter-departmental memos, especially related to payment and financial administration.

  • Oversee administrative processes for purchasing and sales activities in the importer business.

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments as required by operational needs and placement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or related roles.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  • Good communication skills and able to coordinate with multiple departments.

  • High initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

  • Willing to be assigned to any location as required by the company (Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali)
