Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
Menyusun dokumen ekspor seperti Sales Contract, Proforma Invoice, dan PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang).
Membuat laporan ekspor serta melakukan filing dokumen.
Melakukan pengecekan stuffing kontainer dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar.
Mengelola administrasi ekspor-impor sesuai prosedur perusahaan dan peraturan yang berlaku.
Melaksanakan tugas lain yang berhubungan dengan proses ekspor-impor.
Kualifikasi :
Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Staff Exim ( Export - Import ) minimal 1 (satu) tahun.
Pendidikan Minimal Sarjana ( S1 ) atau yang serupa
Mahir dan Menguasai Bahasa Inggris serta Mengoperasikan Microsoft Office ( Word, Excell dan Powerpoint )
Memahami alur proses ekspor-impor dan regulasi pemerintah terkait
Familiar dengan sistem dukungan bea cukai
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, mampu bekerja sama dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi
Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail
Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Jakarta dan sekitarnya

PT Putra Baja Deli (PBD) was founded in 2004 located on 23 hectare land area of Lamhotma Industrial Estate, Medan, and North Sumatra, Indonesia, which has total area 650 Ha. Another 100 hectare has been reserved for long term goal of PT Putra Baja Deli which is to build an integrated steel plant with international scale. With such strategic location near Belawan port, a jetty facility is under construction to increase cargo transportation capacity as well as reducing cost for both local and international shipment. The rolling mill of PT Putra Baja Deli produces: • Round Bar/Deformed Bar with diameter 6 -25 mm • U Channel with size up to 100 mm • Angle Bar with size up to 100 mm To increase product quality, PT Putra Baja Deli keeps on upgrading the plant such as investing in a Temporal Quenching System which increases the strength and quality of high tensile deformed bar to achieve International Standard for export market. As a relatively new player, PT Putra Baja Deli is in advantage position since it could be able to choose the latest and the most efficient technology hence increasing its competitiveness as well as producing high quality steel products. With the increasing consumption of steel in Indonesia, PT Putra Baja Deli will keep on growing to achieve the corporate long term mission, that is, to produce international class steel products with price and quality competitiveness.
