Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our hospitality team.
This role focuses on delivering a positive and professional experience for our customers through clear communication, attentive service, and effective problem handling.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in maintaining our service quality and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, reservations, and customer requests

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering solutions in a timely and courteous way

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer experience, or hospitality-related roles

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1)mandatory

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

  • Comfortable handling and communicating with customers on a daily basis

  • Service-oriented with a bright, friendly, and positive personality

  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Well-groomed and able to represent the company professionally

  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, serviced apartment, or service-based industries

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling confidence
