We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our hospitality team.
This role focuses on delivering a positive and professional experience for our customers through clear communication, attentive service, and effective problem handling.
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in maintaining our service quality and brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, reservations, and customer requests
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering solutions in a timely and courteous way
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer experience, or hospitality-related roles
Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) – mandatory
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Comfortable handling and communicating with customers on a daily basis
Service-oriented with a bright, friendly, and positive personality
Good communication skills and professional demeanor
Well-groomed and able to represent the company professionally
Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred
Experience in hospitality, hotel, serviced apartment, or service-based industries
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling confidence
