SENIOR STAFF WORK ORDER MONITORING
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
Memahami alur proses Work Order (WO) dari awal hingga akhir.
Mampu memonitoring status WO harian.
Mampu melakukan analisa aging WO, backlog, overdue, dan trend performa teknisi/cabang.
Menguasai reporting dari pembuatan dashboard, summary harian/mingguan/bulanan.
Mampu membaca data teknis seperti jam kerja unit alat berat, sparepart usage, labour hour, dan status pekerjaan.
Memonitoring dan follow up setiap MoM (minute of meeting) divisi after sales service.
Kualifikasi :
Memiliki pengalaman 3 - 5 tahun di bidang yang sama.
Pendidikan min D3/S1 teknik mesin / industri / management / bidang yang relevan.
Memiliki problem solving yang kuat dan detail oriented.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja sama dengan team maupun lintas divisi.
Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan target yang ketat.
Menguasai microsoft excel, spreadsheet, SAP (pivot, lookup, dashboard, dll)
Disiplin, teliti, dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi.
Bisa berbahasa inggris lisan dan tulisan merupakan nilai tambah.
