Finance and Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

1. Verifying completeness payment document by perform 3 way matching.

2. Process payments based on approved payment documents.

3. Process incoming and outgoing cash journals according to daily transactions.

4. Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate balance.

5. Manage and archive transaction documents neatly and orderly.

6. Participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports.

7. Provide support in internal and external audits as needed.

8. Carry out tasks and instructions from the direct supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

2. Have 3 years or more of financial work experience.

3. Data-sensitive and strong in logic.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations concerning finance, accounting, and funds.

6. Preferable able to speak, read and write English (Chinese speaker is prior).
