Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding process for new employees (contracts, orientation, documentation).
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
Monitor attendance, leave requests, and overtime records.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates are welcome).
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Talenta by Mekari is a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Fluent speak English.
