About the role

PT Rajawali Cahaya Mandiri is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Finance Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our operations. What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and processing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts

2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts

3. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis

4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

5. Providing support in the implementation of financial policies and procedures

6. Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in the financial data

7. Performing other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Diploma 3 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications

5. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
