Accounting Staff

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must.

2. Min. 2 years experience in accounting.

3. Experience in palm oil company or other agriculture company is preferred.

4. Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and advanced Ms. Excel.

5. High attention to detail and able to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

6. Strong data analysis skills.

7. Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta Selatan).

Job Description:

1. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

2. Manage monthly and yearly closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.

3. Assist in forecasting and variance analysis to support management decision-making.

4. Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

5. Oversee day-to-day general ledger activities and ensure proper classification and documentation of transactions.

6. Support external auditors to ensure compliance with SOP.

7. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
