Managing the recruitment process - coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers
Maintaining candidate records
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology / Human Resource Management
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (fresh graduate with intern experience is acceptable)
Good Communication skill and analytical thinking
Excellence in Microsoft Excel is a plus
