Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and internal events
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes to enhance employee experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
Proven experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and labor regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude, strong initiative, and a passion for people-oriented work
