Mencapai target yang ditetapkan management.

Memastikan standar pelayanan, kualitas dan kebersihan klinik berjalan sesuai dengan SOP.
Membentuk team yang solid dengan memberikan pelatihan, pembinaan, pengembangan, dan motivasi kepada team.
