Responsibilities:
Based in Jakarta. Responsible for validating, processing and delivering customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with Finance department on customer credit controls
Connecting with sales and customer to ensure timely deliveries
Collaborating with logistics team on replenishment and warehouse management
Preparing reports, analyzing trends and communicating with managers on solutions and improvements
Work closely with logistics partners and sales team on requirement planning
Strengthening relationships with our customers and their teams through day-to-day communications
Requirements:
At least 7 years in customer service and logistics
Quick and adaptable, with a positive attitude to solve problems
Outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work as part of a team.
Fluency in both written & spoken (English).
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Words/Excel/PowerPoint.
Understanding Halal, GMP, and other food-related certification will be a strong advantage
Understanding exports and imports will also be a strong advantage
